Resolved - Dear Customer,

We are writing to confirm that the service disruption affecting Omise Payment has been fully resolved.

The issue, which impacted to Omise Payment, began on October 6, 2026, 21:42 (GMT+7). Our engineering team has addressed the root cause, and the service was restored to full functionality. All systems are now operating normally since October 6, 2026, 21:55 (GMT+7).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused to your business operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Monitoring - We experienced a technical issue affecting debit card payment transactions on Wednesday, 30 September between 10:09 and 16:45 (GMT+7). During this period, some Thai debit card transactions may have failed.

Our teams investigated the issue and coordinated with our payment processor to resolve it immediately. The service is now fully operational.
