ขณะนี้เกิดข้อขัดข้องในการทำงานของ PromptPay เริ่มตั้งแต่วันอังคาร ที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 10:10 เป็นต้นมา

ซึ่งส่งผลให้การรับชำระผ่าน PromptPay ไม่สำเร็จบางรายการจากระบบของทางธนาคาร

ทีมงานอยู่ระหว่างแก้ไขข้อขัดข้องกับทางหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ระบบกลับมาทำงานได้ตามปกติโดยเร็ว

This may be impacting some Thailand-based merchants, where certain QR PromptPay payment charges may be failing during this time.
